Did my 1st firmware update after a couple years and now my two stealth cams went haywire. Blinking and words that appear as symbols. Lol. Can anyone give me a hand to factory reset or something better so I can use the two cams? Thanks.

You can find the firmware updates on stealth cams website. I'm not sure which camera you have, but if it works the way mine did, you have to download the update to an sd card and then upload it to the camera. It's really not too bad. Good luck!

They don't work very well. My ds4k cameras didn't follow the instructions. At the end I had to turn them off and pull batteries to get it working again. After that all was good and it showed update complete.

I pulled the batteries but when I turn it on it has weird letters and stuff. Like DLL and there is no way to know what the heck I am doing with it from an instructions stand pt.

that'll teach you- never leave elk to find elk and never mess with what's working.

Send them in to SC and see what they say?

While you are waiting take the sd card out and format on a computer. Pull batteries and turn on with no batteries. Wait an hour and reinstall and fire it up. Worth a shot.

I did that whole procedure last night minus letting the battery set out for an hour. I will do that when I get home. Thank you
