What binoculars do you guys use and recommend for bowhunting? Something that's compact and wont be a pain to have on your person.

I have the Vortex Diamondback 12x50 and love them. I'm using the Vortex harness right now and don't notice when I have them on.

While larger Binos will give better viewing, they are a pain to carry ... I'm a stand hunter and dont like them around my neck, bino harness or not ....
I have a good clear set of Redfield 8x36 I use ... I put a small loop on them and hang them from a hook just to my left, at hand level when standing, easy to get to when needed.... they fit in a large side pocket/pouch of my fanny pack which gets strapped to my LW Stand/sticks for the hike in ..... the larger binos are great for out west or those than can use a back pack for the haul in, then switch to a bino harness for glassing ....

I hate having them around my neck as well.. I want something compact that can fit in the pocket of my muff hand warmer or a jacket pocket. I’ll check them out

Where I hunt whitetail, is too thick for binos to provide much, if any benefit. Similar for elk. Extra weight for me, so I leave them at home.

If, I hunted mulies or coues deer out west, it may be a different story.

I have just a basic set of bushnell 10x42. I use them for 3D as well as hunting. Keep it simple and small enough you don’t overload yourself with weight.

If I had to pick one glass for everything it would be 8x32 Swarovski Els. That said I switch things up and run 10x42 SLCs and 12x Els off a tripod also. I am going to buy a pair of Zeiss Victory Sf in 8x32 to try also.

Maven makes great binos. I've used the B.6 and it was awesome. Great picture. Great clarity. High quality, but a 1/3 the price of my Swarovskis.

I also have the Maven. I’ve had mine for 5 years and they have been really good for me. I live out west and use them all the time

Last year I used Leupold 10x42. I got a pair of Vortex Diamondback 10x28 last Christmas. I took them when I went to clear shooting lanes and they work great. I think I will be taking the Vortex with me this year. They are smaller and weigh less. I am bow hunting. I don't need to see what's running on the other side of the field.
