During this "pandemic" I have put on about 6 lbs. Nothing really changed in my diet or workout other than not being able to lift for 3 months...ok that is a major change. But I did keep up my running, and did push ups and healthy eating..I have a strict diet and a strict weight program and most people can't tell I gained anything, but i can feel it. I stay pretty lean all year and this sitting around is/was for the birds. 5-6 extra lbs can make a difference in how you feel. I really feel it when Im running...I been back at the gym since mid June but I have not seen the 6 lbs go away.. But I can tell you, there are several in the gym now that gained 20-40 lbs ... goes to show how calories we can burn just doing our every day things and then when you don't.

I'm down 20. When the gyms closed we bought a treadmill and the family started dieting and pounding water.

-15. Working from home allows me to run on my lunch. I'm also more productive and less stressed. I honestly don't anticipate ever going back to a full 5 days a week in the office.

I’ve lost weight. Work never slowed down and I had less people to deal with. Catch 22. No students, no university, no heat plant. But it’s been nice.

I am down as well. I never quit working and my daily activity went up when I was repurposed into day care when schools closed and the gym i managed closed. Not sure how much i lost because I rarely step on a scale, but all my shirts and pants are looser.

I've lost 15 pounds in the past 2 months. Pushing myself harder at work. Stopped eating so much food. Working harder at home and started back to mountain biking just a little. I haven't been at this weight in over 10 years and feeling great! Want to lose at least 5 more pounds, 10 would awesome

I'm down 5lbs, but I generally hold fairly steady, in the 199-205 range being the distance runner I am (43 yrs running/racing)... at 6'2", I am at a good weight/body fat right now, but still would like to lose some more before deer season and the Holidays .... I put on weight every holiday season, and then work hard to get it off going into the following spring/summer ... I have a punkin' pie addiction .. :0(

That the part I noticed the most, my closes. My belt that I wear to work every day, I was always in the last hole to 2nd from last hole since I bought it 10 + years ago. Two weeks ago I had to drill a new hole a full inch past the last. I feel like I could have gone alittle farther.

I am very careful about what I eat because of my digestive issues, I still stay on my feet till dark doing stuff outside so my weight has stayed the same. Under normal conditions I would be traveling and eating restaurant most weeks, so covid has helped not hindered.

I’m actually down 10 lbs. since March. Had some bloodwork done in February and dr. told me my glucose levels were high and other things were borderline so I had to cut some things out of my diet. Turkey hill iced tea was the big one. I was drinking at least a gallon a day for years. “ that stuff is so good” !!!!!by cutting that out, drinking 1 1/2 gallons of water a day, eating more fresh vegetables and watching carb intake as much as possible without going overboard I’m good to go. Recent bloodwork shows levels of everything are normal and I’ve lost weight. Can’t say I notice a change there but there’s days when I fluctuate 5-10 lbs just from sweating at work.

Yeah that’s one problem with drinking a lot of water. Constantly having to go to the bathroom. Gets annoying sometimes!!
