Was over at the neighbors again last night for a little bit, there was another couple from the neighborhood over too. Such nice people I really got lucky with the neighborhood. Although getting called Brett is getting old.

When Brett was a viking he was dead to me, the only reason I accepted his number being retired was because Bart was there to smooth it out.
New family member Bailey. He’s a Border Collie and we got him for my son. Generally we are so busy video game time is not an issue with us. Do to covid and stay at home it was becoming an issue. Next one, try this. Season the outside. Sear on the grill on all sides, but cook low and slow (pellet grill or oven) at like 225 (time will vary with the size, but a full will cook 6-8hrs).
Yea next one try will need some more seasoning. Was still good but coulda used some more on it. Cooked it at around 250 and was gonna sear after got temp wanted but got busy finishing up rest of supper so just went with it. Last night about 8:30 wife gets a call from the neighbor, can you come over. We head over and Rudy had come home with a limit of sunfish and crappies and needed a hand filleting and skinning. Hell yes I like cleaning fish. Good neighbors.
