Yea, maybe if Indiana paid some state taxes they might not have to be a drain on the rest of the county ....they are in the top ten federal dependent states year in and out by every metric.....

You intentionally and obviously mischaracterize Trump #2 and you know it. He explicitly is saying that if states think it's too dangerous to vote in person and mandate vote by mail; then maybe there should be a delay. He has and continues to say there should be in-person voting - with no delay.
