    It’s finally catching on I see.

    I’ve been using a thermal imager for five or six years now and since I’m colorblind it’s a real game changer.

    As a fellow colorblind blood trail struggler does it show the blood? Or just seeing the body after the fact?

    No, the blood cools far too quickly for the thermal imager to be of use there.

    It’s fantastic for finding my deer though. I used it to find five deer last season. One of them left almost no blood trail and even my brother couldn’t find it.

    I just fired up the thermal imager and walked the direction she ran and found her knotted up in a briar thicket within five minutes.
