My brother, two of my buddies and I have been talking about doing an early season mule deer hunt this fall. One of the places I’ve been looking into a little bit is North Dakota. The draw deadline for non-residents is the 15th of this month. We’re getting close to the deadline so I wanted to see if they’re is any other recommendations for a different state. I am very uneducated when it comes to how all the OTC tags and draw tags out west differ. Which states have OTC tags and a lot of public land.
