So getting ready to leave for work this morning wife is still in bed and says hey can you put new line on the ultra light before you leave.
He can still use treated but would then have to separate the materials with rubber, plastic or the epoxy. Also would have to figure out a way to keep out any water that might bleed down through the fasteners as that could wash some copper out of the PT. Perhaps using some deck flashing would stop the water from following the fastener.
oh, that I learned. Sorry I should have been more specific on what I was looking for which is marine not treated. Can't find it anywhere. The idiot I bought my boat from (which makes me the bigger idiot) used treated for the transom - he had put sheets both in and out sandwiching the aluminum in between. Once I got the wood off it looked like someone shot it with a load of # 7 which is why I had to cut and sandwich aluminum plates using 5200 and rivets front and back on the rear of the boat. Now that I've covered it in Fasco Super Slick Steel Flex it looks pretty good and it is really stiff.

tried watching cbs this morning, From 7am to 9am all they did was discuss black lives matter positions, Interview a few black people about how they feel, then beqat on covid again, battered trump as usual---over 50 % of discussion was about black people, the last time I remember hearing about population percentages I think I remember blacks were 18 % of America population but on cbs they take up at least 50 % of programming !!!! Wo,nt tune in again, I gotta believe something actually news worthy had to have happened the past 24 hours !!

So cooler packed cover off the pontoon ready to go, wife is kayak fishing texted me and said go get more wax worms. Nope get home and do some dishes and make me a sandwich. She is running low on bait and corona light, I have some leverage here but a fine line to tow. Yes I want her to have some more corona but no I want to go trolling for pike. A happy wife truly does make for a happy life, even though I will still piss her off from time to time. I texted her back yes I will go get you bait and liquid panty remover, again she found what I said sexy because she replied what an ass.
