I’m trying to build high Foc arrows as the Ranch Fairy suggests on YouTube. I’m wanting regular inserts Nothing special. Are they the “Adjustable static inserts”? I’m confused on all the different types they have.

Start by giving us the arrow, spine, length and what your goal for total overall weight is.

I don’t need help building the setup. I just dont want spinning inserts or nothing like that I’ve never heard the term “static inserts”. Maybe that’s the technical term for how I view regular inserts. Thought somebody might know.

Adjustable static inserts are inserts that are glued in, but can be adjusted/cut to the desired weight before installing. Just have to buy the correct size insert to fit your shafts, as they will come in a given total uncut weight, and have several cut grooves on them that reduce the total weight depending what groove you cut them at.
