Finally starting to see some daytime movement

    After a rough start to the late season, I'm finally starting to see some daytime movement. Having a little trouble picking the right trail on any given night, but I'm hoping to guess right over the next 5 days before the season ends. I actually saw two antlered deer tonight and one was a shooter. This is the first time I can remember seeing an antlered buck this late in the season. If he was 10 yards closer, I might have scored my first December buck. Can't wait to get back out. Good luck to anyone else still hunting.

    Go get em Vito! I love hunting this time of the year. I am embarassed to say I have not hunted since Thanksgiving day. Life has been extremely busy. I will be out there Wed/Sat of this week before the season ends Jan. 2nd. GOOD luck on getting a shot at that buck.

    Get'em Vito. I would love to get a December Buck. Didn't do it this year but got the doe. I have until January 15th so I might try for a January buck.
