Heard of a buy-back program in some big city. Guy went to a pawn shop and bought a cheap pistol for $60 and sold it to the city for $100. Made $40 profit!
I wish someone would come up with a shoe buy back program, my wife has enough shoes that will fully fund my retirement. I will lower my retirement age from 50 to 45.
