So would it be a-holeish of me to go to town and buy every last can and bottle of Bud Light Platinum? I have no intent for profiting by reselling it is all for personal consumption.
Do not confuse the Platinum with the regular bud light. Platinum is triple filtered and 6%. Premium product.
This **** had better be corrected and soon, the thought of beerless fishing is terrifying. If I were to run out of skoal, that is even worse.
Hmm, I always had you figured as a Copenhagen kind of guy Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
It'll be restocked tomorrow, not like we have a supply problem, nust a buying problem on certain items . I just got back from the store. First time I was in there since Friday. Needed some beer, got some Seagrams 7 and some 7-up, oddly soda and alcohol was normal. Meat dept was out of just about everything pork and ground. Had a few steaks. Didn't bother looking at the freezer section but the open top freezers in middle of the lanes were pretty bare. Still a ton of canned goods which struck me as odd, didn't check bread aisle or dairy either. Got me some shells n cheese, no milk required and a few boxes of rice a roni. Two boxes of each and left. Seems everyone is hitting fresh meat, frozen and healthcare. All I'd could think pondering about it on the way home, do they have a generator if the power goes out? Have a chance at severe weather Thursday night.
At least you can fish, here we have to have private access or a city owned lake/pond that has nit closed it up like DNR did.
Absolute ghost town out here on Saint Patty's Day. We usually have all hell breaking loose. No one out due to the 10 person in an establishment thing
No idea what's going on in stores around me, I already have not been to town in three weeks, lol. I have chickens, turkeys, sheep and fish I can dress if it gets too bad for too long. I have a few million gallons of water I can boil if need be and plenty of TP and shop towels. Already stocked up on dog food. I have three generators and plenty of gas and diesel fuel. Thanks to my bees I have plenty of honey and sugar, keep plenty of flour, keep my own chicken feed in the bins. First thing I'll run out of is dog food and I'm good there for another month'ish without ordering online. Milk...I have powdered milk...no cattle yet dammit. Plenty of tea and coffee. I don't drink any alcohol. Getting late enough to start thinking about planting season for corn...have seed but not much else as far as chemical for spraying, too wet to worry much about that anyway.
Get to work, janitor "don't get near me, been sick all morning" me "what the hell did you come to work for?" He shrugs, "going to prompt care at 10". Another guy comes in, been out the past 2 days, coughing like mad on two anti biotics for respiratory ailment. Yesterday coworker was helping me gauge a part, said his throat felt scratchy. I took it as a twisted type joke. Out sick today. Pretty much right on course, no one pays attention to what they're supposed to do and do exactly what you're not supposed to do.
It's funny, even though I own a bar, I rarely drink. If I decide to pick up the pace I have enough alcohol to last quite a long time now that we've been closed down.
Daughter's daycare is closing Friday until further notice they can not get needed supplies. Luckily my son in law will be working from home. I worry a lot about my daughter raising her son in the way this world is getting. I called her and asked if I needed to start searching for diapers, she assured me that they are fine.
