    Hello Everyone,

Just a quick question I have. I took some time off from shooting after the season just to take a break and focus on a few other things. I'm just wondering if there are any certain ways or tricks people use to get back into shooting, or if it is as simple as just grabbing my bow and shooting. Thanks!

During the off season I like to shoot my recurves a lot. It's fun. I have one that is 29# at 29.5", I can shoot it all day. Good for working on form and muscle memory with out hitting the wall.

One tip I'd pass on after a period away from shooting is don't touch your sights for a couple weeks. I always find that it takes a bit to dial back in the consistency of grip, anchor point, etc. So when that shows up on target it's easy to start messing with your sights when most likely it's just you getting back in the groove.
