    Not to be a debbie downer and it may be just in Minnesota but your local DNR forester is not going to be willing to just hand out a permit for a running grass fire. I would suggest that anybody that applies for a permit look online and write up a burn plan complete with weather conditions.

    Anybody in Minnesota want to burn I will help with the burn plan and grease the skids with the local forester to get the permit. I work for beer.:beer:but not craft beer.
