Does anyone from PA have an update on the investigation of the two teenagers who were video taped torturing a wounded deer at the beginning of December? There was a lot of press; but then it seems to have been forgotten. Just curious if the case has been resolved and what, if any, punishment was handed out.

The wheels of justice turn slowly.

Wording hasn't changed since first week. It is frustrating that an investigation, that should be slam dunk, is still on going.

Yup It’s a shame. I understand they need to go through the whole process but common

Agreed. Its also a shame they didn't charge the 17 year old as an adult.

And they wonder why there is an anti-hunting crowd. They like to lump all hunters as these two.

Such behavior is said to be a precursor to bad things to come with these two. Sending one to prison ,no more than a school of cruelty with many teachers and the other to juvenile court, which is a crap shoot on punishment is a waste. They both should lose hunting privalages, fined up the whazoo. But made to actually working that fine off by working with animals, and service animals with lets say elderly and physically challenged. Pair them up with a veteran program. Then make them go on a public apology tour of hunting venues.

Unfortunately, who knows if they'll even see any jail time.. but I agree they should definitely have their hunting privileges lost forever.
