I have a 2019 version and it’s the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Doesn’t send anything but completely black night images and daytime photos I’d be lucky if it sent 1 out of ten pictures. Customer service is non existent, someone will answer but then they will tell you they are gonna write down a ticket and someone will either email or call you in 24 -48 hours. well I was told that 3 times a year ago and haven’t been contacted back yet. My phone Verizon and a friends att both have excellent service where it is set up. My brother has one that has the same issues as well as a friend that bought three of them. One of the three works and the other two are junk. If your gonna buy a cell camera your gonna get what you pay for
