ended up seeing 9 does. had one huge one at 30yds. by the time i decided to shoot her she turned and walked away. my buddy sat in my other blind about 200yds away and he saw 12. these deer were different because we were seeing each seeing different deer at the same time. i'm going back in tomorrow.
i almost forgot to ask. if i saw a wounded deer along the road that was hit by a car but was still alive and if i shot her with my bow and tagged her does it count as points for the contest? i didn't think so since it wasn't taken during legal shooting hours. i saw a deer in that situation tonight but i called a buddy to go take her out of her misery. he can use the meat.
