I took this Thurday afternoon, today it will be 59. It's 55 already. You can't see me but I'm doing the Snoopy dance right now. GREAT weather to take down the out side Christmas stuff.

Yeah but no mosquitoes, and it is a dry cold.

Deer were bedded in the same exact spot this morning as they were yesterday afternoon, granted they reuse the same beds but hell even the deer don't want to move much on a cold Saturday morning. Temperature has shot up to -12 already.

Now now guys ...you keep that right out there. It's really windy here but I'm enjoying all the windows being open and decorations put away. I now have a blind to go get but I need a bit more dry. It sprinkled this morning.
I may be able to get a start on a couple of raised platforms for next year. Been saving up PT wood I've scavenged this past summer.

Ground was white and it was 21* when I went to bed last night. By 7 o-clock this morning the snow was all gone, the temp was 48* and we had 30mph winds with gusts to 41mph.

9:45 saw a coyote cruising thru a field. Deer were still in the beds when we got home at 3:30

Well, it did warm up to 1* today.
A few pals and I went and pushed bush. Deep snow sucked balls but some of us are diehards.
Ended up getting 7. Just got back from bringing them to a guy who does are skinning.
One big male I shot n hit 3 times with #4 buck. Tough sumbitch!!!
Ended up being a fun day but I'm whooped. On my second beer of 8-10:beer:

The out look changed ...my high 40's went to low forties the next 2 days., dropping to high 20's. 36 right now with 30 mph gust, 20 sustained winds, in an advisory. Wild watching the trees. Sunny though!

I hate windy days, last Thursday the temps warmed to 34 but with the windchill it was 15 degrees.

I heard it's selection only though? Either way I already burned through my"favors" this year and I will be spending the day coaching Volleyball.

I think it's a sign in registration thing , but again not sure on that. Web site sent me an e-mail on it a couple of weeks ago. I'd rathet find someone with nuisance permits.
