I generally don't get too involved with political/religious discussions, as there's usually no end to it, but Trump's mention of potentially targeting cultural sites in Iran is disgusting. I guess he has no problem stooping to the levels that ISIS has in the past. Dem or Rep, I don't care, but this ass hole is no good for the future of our country.

Trump should just give the addresses of the things that will be air-struck, rather than saying things that will lead to speculation, that way the democrats and protesters can approve of them before they are carried out.

Everything Trump says is calculated .. Even the the things that tweak EVERYONE. This many years and people still don't see that. He's treats his words like salt...drawing out the water around him
This may be his way of telling them go too far and he will salt the earth in which they stand. The only thing that regime understands and perhaps enough to finally get their people to truly uprise against them.

Well here is his "calculated" thoughts from a couple years ago. This guy just gets in the way of himself. But if yall think he is good for the country than so be it. Personally, I love war. Roofing is boring and I'm ready to go collect some more KBR private contractor tax free dollars.

Scroll down to not only his tweets but the man saying it himself. This should serve as a great lesson as to how stuff lives on forever via the internet

Lol...the fact you think Trump thinks war would get him elected is sad. That would lead me to think, you think he's using it as a distraction from impeachment. Please that is sad beyond words. I'm not a political savant, I'm not the smartest person in an room , that said, I am a student of common sense. OMG it's been bred out of the human population in the last 4 decades or so.

Remember that one time when the US bombed an aspirin factory before the story got out about wild bill.

Ha ha ha the sad fact that you read that and your take away is that I think trump is starting a war is ha ha sad af. My comment was stuff lives on the internet. So when you make dumb comments ha ha they come back to bite you in the ass. Sad. But hell, who am I to point out something that trump is well documented saying and how it "looks". Ha ha, sad. But what can I expect, a personal attack on whether I have common sense or not. Kudos to you.

I loved being reassured by Pompeo that Americans are more safe today with the removal of that scum, as I watch 3000 more troops going into a region that we WERE trying to get out of. I've never, in my 62 years, seen a more disorganized government. That was a typical Trump, shoot from the hip decision, made with little thought of what the long term consequences could/would be!!!!!!

This blunder is every bit as serious, if not more, as the decision to go into Iraq in the first place. Iran has soooo many ways they can harm/kill Americans/allies all across the globe, and get away with it, because their fingerprints won't always be there.

It's ironic, but that general has been in our cross hairs for a very long time, going back 3 administrations or more. Two previous presidents didn't see the advantage to killing this guy, but Trump, with all of his experience  does??? You'll don't think the timing of this isn't at least a little curious?? Wake up folks, before this prick totally ruins this country. For the record, I WAS a life long Republican.

God bless out troops and keep them safe.
