The republicans only switched for a smaller government to curb federal power. The democrats switch to big government in "founding of welfare" to WIN VOTES. So much for the mythical swap. The DEMS have stayed the course from the start... too oppress, spend others money to win votes to gain power. They have always been in it to Control. That has always been the bottom line.
