only seen one out at 100yds around 2:00. i pulled my stand tonight and if it isn't raining too bad tomorrow i'll head out to where i hunted during our first archery season. tomorrow is the last day for the orange army then i hope i can get some kind of pattern on the deer. at least the army will get a good soaking.

passed up a doe tonight. couldn't bring myself to shoot her. i believe it was a fawn. i try not to shoot lone does in fear of them being button bucks.

I'm in a blind at the millionaire property. Jumped 2 does on the 30 yard walk in. I forgot the key for my trail cam, so no idea what's been here since last weekend.

After having carpet installed today, my wife is happy to have our room back. That opens up the door for me to get out now. B-day party for little man Saturday then I’m after my doe until our season closes. Woohoooo . Good luck guys, let’s take the hill!!!!
Sorry for my absence lately fellas. I’m not done yet, just been very busy with work and family/holiday stuff. I didn’t get to hunt at all last weekend, was on a scouts cold weather camping trip with my oldest and then the wife had her work Christmas party Sunday evening. I will be back in the woods this weekend. Rifle season is over and I’ve pretty much stayed out of my hunting spots for the last 2 weeks other than putting some protein pellets and corn out last Thursday so hopefully the deer get back to their normal patterns.
