    Im sll set up waiting on the snow to start falling.

    Kind of excited. Believe it or not I have never gotten to hunt in the snow.

    Tuesday is last day...last night rain to snow then high winds today..killzone in woods right now. 10 ft branch on car this a.m. In drive.

    15mph winds with gust up to 40. Sitting today out. Tomorrow looks to be about perfect. Will try then. Live from the diner in about 30 minutes.

    Thanks Jim, I hope your right. I started to get some daylight pictures a few days ago so there is hope that I will at least see some. Temps are suppose to drop down into the twenty’s midweek. I’m hoping that will put the bucks on their feet too.

    There was pretty good movement here yesterday. My buddy shot a doe after being in the stand 5 minutes. In this time he saw 6 deer. It's snowing it's a$$ off here.

    Saw 4 does this morning, but none close enough to shoot.

    Didn't get out hunting yesterday because I went perch fishing with a friend. Normally we do well just before first ice, but didn't even catch one yesterday.

    I'll head out his afternoon to shoot a doe during our muzzle loader season.

    Actually, my post was an unfortunate choice of words on my part. I hadn't even seen your post about your "view from the couch" when I posted that.

    It certainly wasn't a jab at you. I had started to say that I'd rather be here than sitting at my daugjter's house but that sounded like I don't like my daughter so I chose something more general and still managed to stick my foot in my mouth. :lol:

    Oh yeah..... what is this "work" you speak of?

    Got some sorely needed sleep last night so I didnt get out this morning. Debating on killing a doe tonight if I get the chance, but still on the fence. I'll be between them and what's left of some beans that weren't harvested tonight looking for the big guys. All I've seen are little bucks lately.
