A coworker sent me this. Allegedly, it’s his son’s professors backyard. Says he’s been bedded there all morning.
    Don’t know if it’s true, but He’s a beauty!

Now that's a buck! The one I'm watching is a spindly 5 pt with no brows. That's cool that you can see the doe bedded behind him.

Yup, tending the doe in the background I'd say.

LFTS participants - if this was in your back yard, would you sneak out and shoot the buck? Tempting, but wouldn't feel very sporting...

Heading back out. The afternoon sit was cut short had to make an unexpected visit back to the house. Thinking I’m just going to plop my ass down next to a big tree where there were some scrapes in the area and hope for the best

I live in a city without an urban archery hunt so, nope, would have to pass. Not worth the legal trouble if it died on someone else's property. Urban hunt legal; dead deer.

I don’t get the feeling often, but this feels like a deery hunt. This is just deer hunting weather!

Ummmm holy ****. That buck is bedded down about 50 yards away. I had no idea until he picked his head up. Saw it about 15 mins ago but thought it was log. Idk what to do now lol

Wind in your favor? Too bad snow is crunchy, I'd be stupid and sneak down and try to get in range for hime to stand up.

Yea the direction I'd haveta go wind wouldn't be problem. I'd only haveta get down and maybe go 10 yards for a shot if he stood up
