    Well like every buck, he got up and head the other way. There is a chance he could circle the edge of the marsh and head back this way, but I doubt it. At least I know how he gets off this island. Will be easy to sneak in from that side and catch him if he does it again.

    Snow and cold settling in I checked cams and I am getting a lot of 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. Buck and doe activity. Today I finally saw mid morning doe. SO giving them one more night with several inches due and teen night temps. Then out in the morning. I think I might get an elusive doe..

    The hit was back, haven’t gotten out of tree yet. It’s going to be cold with no precipitation so I will wIt 2 hours then take up trail. Worst case track in the morning.
