Tactacam download, no audio?

    Omaha NE, Nodaway County MO
    when I wifi down load a video from my tactacam to my samsung phone I get no audio.
    If I watch the video without downloading I do get audio.


    any thoughts?

    Not a computer expert but would using a USB cable bypass the trouble in the Netherland?
