It’s been somewhat of a slow week for my guys that took all week off around my area. My favorite days are always the 9-11 and that’s when I’m hitting it hard!

Fix, after reading the multiple threads about Bonerville from last season and this season, I agree with you 100%. This guy is a disgrace to hunters everywhere who try to do things the right way. It sucks for his team but the Mods should absolutely disqualify his entries into this years contest! I doubt we ever she him on this forum again.

I will change the spread credit to the longest beam length. My fault I did not know that.

You are correct, just looked it up on Pope & Young website. If inside spread is greater than the longest main beam measurement than you only get credit for that. So in this instance, the longest main beam measures
15 1/8 so the inside spread would be recorded as 15 1/8 as well. I didn’t know this until I looked it up. B485F95C-297F-428D-A3FF-E043D615EA55.png

Saw four bucks this morning. First was on the way to the stand small guy. Next was a half rack that walked right underneath of me. Third buck.was.110-120 inch 8 pt. By the time I picked up my bow and turn the camera on I had a two second shot window and it was a quartering to shot at 10yards. I didn't like the angle. Last buck was 120-30 in 9 pointer. I was ready for him but he never gave me a shot. It was a great hunt. Have a church event tonight and tomorrow morning after the ladies day we are having tomorrow we are getting in the car and making our 14-16 hour drive to Ohio. Hopefully will be back in a tree Sunday afternoon. Later dudes!

I stopped at the millionaire property to check cameras. 3 weeks and still no new monsters showing up. Would you guys say this dude is mature and just missed out on the antler genes? Maybe 3?

Looks like a huge bodied 3 1/2 yr old to me.
4 1/2 at the oldest. He still has that race horse look where his belly meets his back legs. His rack may be bigger than you think but just doesn’t look super impressive because he weighs 300 lbs! Lol

I think this is a different buck with a huge body too. G2s don't look tall enough to be the same deer. I'm moving a blind out there Monday in the rain.

I’d put an arrow thru that guy. He looks very mature, possibly on the decline antler-wise.

This one makes my back hurt just thinking of dragging him. What a tank.

Game on! A giant 8 has been cruising property #2 for a couple days. I'll be out there bright and early tomorrow.

Was able to sneak into the blind for a quick evening hunt. Basically sitting 15 yds back off of a major travel corridor, really thick in here. By the time I see them, they are within range. Hopefully I’ll get a buck to come cruising thru here to check does. Fingers crossed...
