Are mod’s able to re-name a thread? If so I’m thinking this one needs to be renamed.

    Potential name:
Boonerville’s 2019-2020 Semi Live Poaching Thread?

    or maybe...
Boonerville’s 2019-2020 Semi Legal Hunting Thread?

I'm in that same boat as Fletch. When CLS and I was quietly calling him out last year we were the bad people even though we had a book of facts.

GD for what, some bone. Crazy how people would jeopardize their career for deer.

Not your lively hood, reputation and career! It not like he was in a state with low quality deer and he had to “cheat” to make things happen. Dunno where people get things twisted between having fun and doing morally wrong things for “success”

Use a landowner tag on his second buck and he didnt even have permission on the parcel he killed it on.
Only thing I dont know is if he really has busted ribs. Wonder if he tried resisting or getting away on a foot pursuit

Anyone have a picture of said deer? Surely someone saved it or reposted it.

What caliber of a buck was this? Not that any buck is worth it.

I kept seeing his post in the recent posts so I clicked on it to see what the hype was. Everyone was waiting to see the pics, and someone else said they seen it. I went to his boonerville FB page but it no longer existed, a scent crusher post had his "181" so clicked on it and he liked that from his personal page.

Went to that and everything from the 4th was deleted with a message it no longer exists. Then the call out about landowner tag and confiscation of the buck after that put all the wheels in motion.

I'm sure he's signed out lurking in the background, but I doubt we hear from him again.

People do crazy things for deer...especially big deer. It seems like every year a big name in the industry gets caught so just imagine what we don't know or what flies under the radar because a judge just slaps their wrist instead of giving them the punishment they deserve. The worst part is he still could have had a second tag for shotgun or muzzleloader. Fletch had the best comment earlier when we were talking I said he wanted to be like Lee Lakosky so bad...Fletch said to bad he's like Spook Spann or Chris Bracket.

I would guess based on his social media presence after the trespassing violation he was on the DNR's radar, and when you are a new guy that pisses off the locals they will not hesitate to turn a guy in. Thing is the guy lost his hobby and his job, all because he wanted to be famous.
