That really is amazing! In all my years of looking at big whitetail kills, I've never seen the likes of it. Just the symmetry is incredible. It's got to be the new record typical? Can't wait to hear more about it.

What a buck and finally a hunter with a monster that's actually smiling in the picture!

Couple more pics I found. Heard preliminary score is in 220s gross. This one could get interesting!

That is incredible! Will be interesting to hear the story. I’m sure it will be all over the internet and magazines soon.

That guy did that buck a favor. I'm sure he was already tired of carrying around that big rib cage on his head.

That's something that you'll probably never see again. It's the most amazing typical buck I've ever seen in my 62 years. I will add, I believe this young man is going to make a CRAP LOAD of money as a result of killing what I think will be the new world record typical whitetail. Barring any BS!

How exactly does one make money off of killing a big buck?

A crap load of ways!! Endorsements to start with. Shows, magazine covers/stories, replicas of the rack. The list goes on. That's not just a "big buck".

Yep. Aside from the monetary benefits, it also can bring about some heavy scrutiny of your hunt that day. Wildlife agents and others are going to make sure that everything was done legally and correctly with a special interest because of the attention it brings (and records and money). But hey, if you're doing the things you're supposed to do, it looks to be worth it! (I'll never know for myself :violin:)

Somebody already said it was 220" gross? I don't really see 14" in deductions?

I saw today it was his first ever buck taken with a bow as well. Hunted for years with gun, but still.
