As last resort, before starving to death. People had been eating cats'nd dogs after the war.
But you need to bring coyotes over to Europe first.

The Lewis & Clark expedition bought or traded for dogs from the various tribes and got to the point they preferred it to venison or elk. Coyotes? Only as a last resort.
FWIW, I met a Polish fellow who was a prisoner in Siberia after WWII. They ate rats to survive...whatever it takes. Anyone ever hear about the Donner party?

No. Musk stinking mangy dogs. I'm doing good to skin the occasional one out and not about to throw one in the crock pot. I did date a Korean girl once...

If someone cooked some and offered it to me I would try it. I'm certainly not going to seek it out.

I’d have to be starving and need a case of BBQ sauce

Yes I plan on trying the next one I shoot. Smother in bbq sauce and brown sugar in a crock pot on low for 8 hours and then shred the meat for sliders

Is it just me or does it seem Brodie Swisher's articles lately are one step above clickbait?

As a last resort, but I’m thinking not an enjoyable experience.

I hunt for coyotes a lot...

I’ve thought about it the last few I’ve shot after reading this post but then when it comes time I just leave them...
