    Already saw 6 deer and 3 rabbits that wanted to die, just driving to my spot.

    1.5mi hike in. 2.25 hrs to sunrise. Sitting over water today.

    Good luck today, I'll probably be without service and catching up on kills later.

    Maybe the youth hunt this weekend in NY will move some deer around this weekend. I’m going solo this morning but will be taking my daughter along the rest of the weekend. Good luck everyone.

    Man this run and gun stuff is awesome! A lot of work but I think I’m in a good spot, the wind is less than ideal but it’s blowing south which has a pretty steep decline, and I’m guessing my thermals will be rising?? Well see, this is either an ambush set or an observation. Acorn tops all around on the way in and I can hear them dropping now, I’m on the ridge I shot that buck on last week but I am only about 15-20 off of 2 major trails, not sure why we do not have a regular set on this ridge, we will after mid day today!!! Good luck guys shoot straight! Going to try to stay off the phone today because they can pop up quick in this spot!!! Got beds below me and last week we had 4-5 deer bedded down by the corn in front of me, also have a good bedding area to my north east that the neighbor said they use regularly!! Here we go boys!!!

    Got in here quietly set up along some mountain laurel. Really windy though. Rain seems to be holding off for now. Way to warm out 62 degrees. I never do good with windy conditions.

    Neither do I but apparently it's better to be 10-20 tan 0-10. All deer I've shot have been less than 10 mph I bet.
