Well, it is not 100% certainty yet, but I am this much optimistic I will be in tree therapy Friday morning before sunrise......

I'll know for certain tomorrow afternoon, but maintenance supervisor said no way in hell would they have my machine up and running by Friday morning.

Get home tomorrow night and find everything I need. Gas up the wheeler and truck after work, and stop to get my tags.

I'd rush everything tonight but there's still an iota of a chance they get the conveyor put back in

Nice timing! So do you know what made the belt, errr, slip off?

Not a belt, big long metal conveyor. Wasn't sabotage

Matter of fact I do. The chip conveyor was designed with a clutch in the event too many chips or a big ball of stringy crap got jammed it would slip and pop amd you could reverse it to manually remove the chips.

Well, they decided they were going to start running some forgings that weigh about 7 tons before we cut them and about 4 tons after. So many chips and stringed up(hairballs is what we call them) chips occur that the clutch was constantly slipping.

Solution? Weld the sum ***** solid it won't slip. Correctamundo, it didn't slip, it just ripped the belt in half and bent up a lot of the rollers and brackets where the belt 180's and runs over top of itself

    Thanks!

Tacomas hold their value so well and I just like the looks of them, treated me well the past 5 years. Just about to roll over the 40k mile mark.

Didn't you see a doe and fawn first sit this year?

Conditions good for that spot tomorrow?

Had 2 fawns come in about 10 mins before dark. Nothing else followed. They kept moving and I got down and out. I plan to switch gears for tomorrow and do wood duck hunting since deer have not been cooperating.

Dont worry buddy. Your secret is safe. I hope it works out and you get to hunt. I know how it is to get limited time off and it makes the unexpected ones even better.

Wake up at 4:30 and never worry about time.

November 3rd you have to go to sleep earlier, wake up at 3:30am and put up with the BS it brings

Up and at’em!!!!!! Got a rare NE/E wind predicted for today. Luckily I have a great spot for this wind! mid 40’s for most of the morning and the barometer is reading 30.09!

Up 45 degrees no wind ...in bed
Day 3 and still not out yet. Radar has a huge green and yellow mass just about on us. If it passes I'll be out mid day. Had buck on their feet around 2 pm.
All is good, flu shot yesterday. I feel like some one put me through an old ringer washer last night. Not just shot arm but every muscle in my body.
Temp and pressure lines show this next 3 days to be perfect time to hunt.
    Good Luck out there..
