All set up didn’t rain too much last night but it is dripping off the leaves this morning, shooting light is around 6:15 but might be later with this cloud cover and the bit of fog, good luck everyone ! Shoot straight!

It's 5:05 am here. I'm all showered and dressed but I think I'll have a cup of coffee and walk out the door at 5:30 or so. That'll still put me up a tree and set up a half hour before first light.

Haven't seen a thing. This morning felt like a trial run with all that went less than right. Talk about out of practice! Sweating like crazy too. Good luck folks!

Just got set up 10 mins ago- was pouring rain off/on since i first woke up at 0430. We'll see if the deer are late getting back to this bedding behind me.

I'm in a pretty bad mood right now. I'm sitting in a tree that is 5 yards behind the tree my trail camera is on.

Well, lets change that to the tree it used to be on. It's gone. I had just checked it and put this Summit Viper on the tree Friday when I got home.

I imagine the only reason the climber is still here is because it's hidden in some small oaks at ground level.

I noticed when I walked in that the gate wasn't like I left it.

I hate thieves. Freakin' meth-heads around here steal stuff to sell for their next fix.

Oh well, at least it was my old Covert. That's why it was over here. I knew it was a possibility.

I've lost two cameras this year. Luckily I just buy cheap $28 Walmart Tasco cameras for my public land spots. They take pretty good pics for an 8mp camera. I feel you though. Why cant people just leave stuff alone I see other hunters stuff all the time and just walk right by, maybe with a wave and a smile..
