    Maybe not full on anobolic steroids but to chalk it up to clean eating and a good weight lifting program is a little far fetched. I had a buddy from high school play division 1college football as a defensive tackle. His freshmen year I saw him over the holidays and he had easily put on 30-35 pounds. In probably 6 months. I said jeez what are they giving you and he basically just said anything and everything they are allowed to. And that was just college.

    Been working shift work like this for 14 years now. For 14 years I've worked 2 weekends a month. I guess you get used to it but it is still not real fun. Thanks man.
