No one order from this site unless you want stringed along to never receive your order or a refund! I ordered a XOP treestand transport system and after 2 weeks of no email that it shipped I emailed them to see what the deal was. They then let me know they were actually out of stock of that item but would be shipped out soon. After that I decided id give it another couple weeks. Nothing. Email them. Nothing. They quit responding to me. Call them to tell them I want to cancel my order. Everything on the phone goes okay. Three days later I call my bank to see if a refund has even been issued and waiting to clear. Nope nothing. Anyone have any suggestions as far as filing complaints on an online company? No advice other than when shopping online I only use PayPal. Mostly, just for situations like this. Instant refund and let them sort it it out. Did your bank offer any solutions?
Yeah I talked to them and they gave me a number to a dispute line. Gonna go that route. Because they are definitely not responding to my emails anymore. Just was kind of giving a warning. Xop got they're straps back in stock so have some on the way and they even gave me a 10% off promo code because the troubles I had! good to know, and thanks. I was actually thinking about ordering an upper from them. I ran into a similar situation last year on a company out of Sparta, WI on my Fast Eddie sights. I think they actually went out of business mid-stream. Regardless I used my Discover card and it was instant refund, no questions asked- appx 4 months after my original order!
do you not see my sig line? Yep. My favorite sight of all time. Think I've convinced 3-4 others on this site to take the plunge. Well worth the coin. I'd rather shoot a $500 bow with this $250 sight than a $1000 bow and a $100 sight.
What is that rig? An older Monster? And yes, the FE does look awesome. Every time I shoot 3d people are askikng me about it. The Kryptek Mandrake BT Realm doesn't hurt the eyes either. Sexiest bow I've ever seen.
Nice. That was high on my list when I ended up with the Z7x. I still have my Ballistic which is basically the Chill's white trash stepbrother. Awesome shooter even if it doesn't have much of a backwall.
I love it. In a space of 7 months I bought 5 new bows mixture of Hoyt and Mathews and didn’t really like any of them. Then I found this and Iv had it over two years and don’t plan on changing it for a long while. Ticks all the boxes.
