    Wow, really??
The roof I just finished were 40+ year old asphalt 3- tabs.

On a side note. Went to have a beer with a gal pals at a local bar this eve. Nice eve for a cruise so I took some back roads. ( No, not what you're thinking):bigcry:

Anywhoo, seen a couple decent 120-130 ish bucks in an overgrown pasture.
Made a phone call and got a full section to hunt by that call..
    Nobody has asked for years.
I'm Truly Blessed as I have way more property to hunt than I can even hunt in a year with nothing more than a phone call.

The leasing thing has not started here yet.
Iffn I was younger, I'd go balls- to- walls and start guiding.
But alas, I have more fun getting kids/ women involved.

    I've been gready/ selfish for 30 years.
Time to pay back for the next generation;)

Will from NE OH checking in. I hunt mostly public except for the 16 acres behind my house. I have over 7k acres public all within 15 min, mostly big woods and swamps. Got a nice 10 on camera at my house but not his core area so that’s kind of a luck of the draw thing for the rut if he comes through cruising. Got a 130” 12 point in 2017 that way. Have a few cameras out on public now, probably won’t check till I go in early season. September 28 is opener here. My brother drew a permit for a controlled hunt a couple hours south, so we’ll be doing some doe patrol down there a couple times as well. [IMG][IMG]
Getting excited for season, got more scouting to do yet. Got some buck bedding spots on public pinpointed already, probably hit those early season to see what happens.

I live in Lewisburg area so we are close to each other. I hunt in Logan, Trigg, Christian, Warren and Hart counties.

Will - If you were going to go and watch a Bo Derek movie... “10” isn’t even the one I’d recommend. Watch Tarzan the Ape man. It’s a bad movie so just turn the sound off.

Holy Cow, those are some nice bucks! I live and hunt in NW Georgia where they don't come that big. I hunt only public, so I am certainly hoping to add some points for a doe and if I get lucky a mid-sized buck. Should be some fun!

We are close. I hunt occasionally in Christian county. My dad has a small farm there.

Hi guys, I'm Dave from southern Illinois. Been bowhunting 32 years and shooting bows since I was 5 lol . I own 30 acres where I live, 35 more about 30 minutes away. Also hunt a neighbors 60 acres from time to time. I'm headed to Colorado next weekend for a diy black bear archery hunt . I'll start getting serious about deer hunting once I get back . No cameras out at the moment, working 60+ hrs a week right now. My job slows down about mid October, so I'll have plenty of time to be in the tree.

    Excellent.
    Teams about all checked in.
Hunter Bob. Don't fret. You can only shoot what the area grows. I don't follow states like I used to but didn't Georgia used to kick out some big bucks??

Bbm. Ounds like a great time for work to slow down:bow:

Mskb1. I should have mentioned, my BROTHER found that poster of BD:beer::usa:
