As a bee keeper I buy a lot of sugar and it has nothing to do with my health....don't make me pay double the cost of sugar because of a damned health tax. I'm usually strongly opposed to tort reform but I think I like your solution with the cap and license revocation. That may be a decent solution. The only issue I see is that people in the medical profession often have cliques and often are unlikely to be very critical of a doctor who is guilty of malpractice.
Let's also not forget that health insurance companies are making record profits as well. Prices are what they are because people aren't paying directly out of pocket like they used to. They don't even look at the breakdown of expenses, and contest things. Most simply just look at it and say they're glad they're not paying for it while complaining that their premiums are constantly going up.
How do you figure that out if you are in the most pushed 401k plan which is retirement date oriented? I'm in a 2040 plan, closest date to my retirement target when I entered. Probably have to push that out to 2045 in a few years or later. Anymore my thinking is to quit my job, take the penalties for 401k withdrawal and move out of IL. The way I see it, I'll be 45 Saturday. I'm at the halfway point in life, have I already lived the best half of my life or do I spend the next half living it my way and on my terms? If I knew I could sell my house today and recoup costs, I would choose the latter in a heartbeat.
Every retirement plan should have a prospectus of what's in it. If not, you should be able to call your investment broker and get a breakdown. Though, some of them will generalize it because they move companies in and out frequently. It's a catch-22 situation in many ways. We all want to make as much money as we can, spend as little of it as possible, and gripe when we feel we're paying way too much. It's an endless cycle: We want raises, companies need to raise prices to account for material and labour increases, eventually many companies farm the jobs elsewhere to cut costs. Where, we ***** about losing jobs to foreign countries all because our execs are greedy 'tards.

I get something like that at least every year. Next one I get, I'm going to send it to you and you can put it in laymans terms for me as to what it says I put 13% with annual 1% auto increase currently. My work switched to John Hancock a cpuple years ago so it went from work contributing 50% of the first 5% to 100% of the first dollar and then some weird calculation or maybe still 50% of the first 5%. It's beyond me, I get grease on my hands and check my bank accounts on payday. I don't know stock markets and bonds, I know how to show up at work and get a paycheck while putting a little of that away for later.

Talib was now granted access by Israel to visit her 90 year old grandma she feared she’d never get a chance to see alive. However, she’s claiming oppression and won’t visit. Therefore she is choosing victimhood over seeing her old grandma. Victimhood being more important. So she could give a rat’s rip about her family, she’s in this as Israel and Trump thought,,,, to do like AOC did @ our border and make up fake stories of oppression.
