Im late to this portion of the party...as always! Im ready for a "warm up" for deer season! Come on bear hunt! 17 days to go! Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
Drew the first tag in my entire life last year. Didn't want to take any chances with bow as it's such a short season, and again tags are once maybe twice a lifetime lottery up here. Good luck out there. I so badly want to go on a guided hunt just so I can go elk hunting again. Cause realistically I won't see a tag again for another 20 years lol. But guides are stupid expensive.
Ya we have stupid big elk up here. But we have no non resident tags or guiding so it keeps the numbers up. And on top of that the resident tags are so few it's crazy. So if you get a tag you literally win the lottery.
Thanks man. I was able to use my 401k from my divorce to get a nice setup and a good scope. Headed out Friday to where I want to hunt to get away from everything. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
That's my new rule. Less than 200"... Let him walk. At this point I'm expecting to not even shoot a deer. I imagine I have used up all my good luck. Lol. Whatever team gets me is gonna be stuck with my sloppy seconds.... I'll shoot a Fergie hahaha.
I like how people keep chopping up the sign up list making it a PITA for the Admins to create an accurate roster.
Wait until the competition begins. And people find it so unreasonable that we don't count their deer unless they put 2 pictures.
I did it just to see who would hit me first. Then the person after me capitalized the "f" in foodplot19. WTH? This world's falling apart!
make sure PHTLS is included in your class, and if not find where you can take it. I have an AAS Paramedic degree and the PHTLS class was the most fun class Ive ever been a part of
