Any issue with spreading bulk lime and discing in then throwing seed and fert all in the same day?? We got a great deal on bulk lime but not sure if it will effect seeds or germination. I can’t imagine why but thought I’d ask. Give us a nice head start on next year if we can do it

We have gone to fert and seed after I disc because it gives us better results. Our theory was the fert was getting buried too deep in soil with the discing and not really benefiting the mostty shallow rooted plants. Who knows??......just our anecdotal observation. So you don’t think the lime will effect the new seeds or germination in any way?
No lime won't hurt it. I have put out lime fertilizer and seed in spots I use throw and grow seed with good results. That way with the seeds on top the birds won't eat as much. They get a bad taste in their mouth when they grab the wrong thing. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
