I say @ your poundage you’re pretty over spined with a 350. This set up is giving you a great paper tune ?

These arrows are not the top of the line arrows so who knows how the spine is. As far as I know they are value priced and a great deal for a arrow in comparison to most of the over priced arrows we are forced to buy with tighter tolerances.

But if you are over spined, you can lengthen your arrow which will weaken up the spine a bit.

Not anytime soon I don’t think, but not from a lack of trying.

    You're fine to run a 125 point.
A calculator with your info returned the following:
Your arrows are around 391 grains (calculators are usually low, I'm betting they're a bit over 400) with a FOC of 12.2%. That's with a 125 grain tip.
When I entered your info into a spine calculator it said you need a 400 spine when using the 55-59 draw weight and a 125 tip. When I bumped the draw weight to the 60-64 poundage, it then said you needed a 350. So, you are within 5 lbs of needing a stiffer arrow than a 400, which is why whoever set you up on here said you should go with a 350 spine. It's better to be over spined than under.
Run 125 tips if you want, you have room.

Looked for the 6th time in a small, like 12" × 12", box and found my old back up release. It's 12 years old but will atleast let me shoot it a bit since my ordered one won't get here until Monday. How the hell I missed it is beyond me, I think it's because I was expecting them both to be together and I was looking for the tan camo one.

Just checked tracking and it's actually in Indy right now, there's a chance if it departs tonight I'll get it tomorrow.

Finally got a little scouting in and set up a 2 man stand for my son and I. Really like the spot we picked. Lots of good sign

First shot with a bow in over 4 1/2 years at 27yds. All shots were consistent bit high, bit left. Going to get up in the morning and mow the lawn then work on getting it dialed in. Sun is coming down and I have to shoot west

Definitely need to get some practice in to get the muscles reconditioned. Shouldn't take too long have 3 solid months to get back in shape.

Loving the bow though, smooth and quiet. Big difference from the '12 or '13 Bear Attack I last shot.

Anyone know a place I can get some cool driftwood for these 2? I have an idea just haven't found the right piece yet. 20180330_061045.jpg

It definitely helps with concealment. I think it will help out a lot when my son hunts with me since it hides most of his body. Lol

 I updated it as you quoted.

Actually I think I am done. Maybe some scent killer or something along those lines but confident I have everything I need.

I knew I would buy a bow again eventually, figured I had the means to do it this year without charging it so might as well get it over with. Had the bow set to 70 and shoulder felt great pulling it back tonight.
