I need a hand for what? I have three hired hands already for the farm, two of them are of Mexican decent and show up on time and work all day, one of them is a white guy I pay half as much bc he does a half ass job and mostly shows up still drunk from the night before. My roofing crews are all Latino bc you know, they work, all day, dont act like b*****s when its go time and they have skills outside of creative excuses as to why something wasn't done right. So, no worries about sending to me, I've got it covered.
This is a extremely accurate summary of alot of today work force. We have a kid you can tell how to do something and 30 secs later still gets it wrong then wants to argue. Buddy I work for doesn't like to yell and argue but I do ha. It's kinda ridiculous that's what it has to come to but after trying everything else and when it's 100 degrees and concrete is about to hard to fix I don't have time to hold someone's hand or look over their shoulder.
