    I’m from Rushville/Fairfield county,hunting private in pike county,Franklin and public in Fairfield. Using MAthews HTR w QAD exodus and Gold tip xt hunter 300s. XOP vanish and sticks. Don’t have first card pulls yet for the year but here’s some I know made it threw. First one I let go last year to see what he blooms into this year.[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    This coming week I’m off 5 days so I’ll be putting cams up on my pike county farm and checking my Franklin county cam. Find any dead heads or sheds this year?

    Just 1 shed on a property that I can hunt. Matched up the same buck's shed from last year. Really, my 4 year old found them both!

    I only found the dead head of the monster I chased in 2017. He died 70 yards from my stand in the thicket. His remains had been there for a year and almost mint. Last pic I got of him was like 1/14/2018.

    I'm not from Ohio but I do make an annual trip over there every year. I hunt Morrow and Crawford counties. I've seen some real slammers and missed one last year.

    I'm hunting in Ashland country on public and private land. Haven't pulled my cards yet to see what is out there. I'm using a mission by Matthews Roit 70#, QUA rest, Rocky mountain Dove tail 5 pin, Easton FMJ 300 spine 75gr brass, 100gr rage hybrid extreme 2, 4 Fletch aae Max stealth vanes, nocturnal nock.

    Private. Although I have some public actually across the street from where I hunt, it's a big area but some mountain bikers ride through there alot now, and I havent been in there to scout.

    Don’t feel bad I only have 1 cam out right now, pulled it yesterday and just a basket rack 8 on it. If nothing more mature on it by mid sept then it’s getting crossed off. Setting the rest of my cams up this week , most will be going on my family 200acres of wooded hill country and then a couple on this overlooked hard to access piece of public. Looks like a honey hole , only access by kayak. Last year there was a lot of grunting from there

    I hunt van wert county private no cams out yet but hopefully get 1 woods out tomorrow! Can’t wait for this season to start.
