    Awesome man.

I was stuck at 245-250 all winter and up until about 3 weeks ago. Now I've been 240 last few times went to gym. Was kinda weird cause hadn't worked out for week or two when back was hurt and that's when lost weight. Might be cause back to working now and not just sitting around house. But like you said I've noticed more muscle so maybe I'm starting to burn fat also ha. Either way feel better than have in while and have still been making progress. Gonna try to keep adding muscle over the summer and then this fall when can control diet little better will try to cut weight. Still wanna start adding in a day of cardio but it's been hard even making it to gym lately trying to catch up on work with the weather been having. So idk when will add it but probably should be doin some cardio anyway.

I've made it 3 weeks without a drink. Helping with the fat loss.

Did a two a day today. Second workout wasnt much more than a .75 mile jog and jumping Jacks plus shadow boxing. Want to keep this metabolism going.

I did a 2 a day also, 4 mile ruck with an 80# pack (and an equally heavy Labrador). Followed by by cleaning / pressure washing the house exterior.

Haha. Power washing is def harder than my 2nd workout. That will burn out a persons shoulders. Plus it was hot.

Ran 3 miles to the bank and back this morning instead of driving. Did 25 pull ups and 25 push ups afterwards wearing a 20 lb weight vest.

Keeping with my intensity theme. Good warmup
....then bent over rows of 10 reps down to 5 reps with 30 mountain climbers mixed in between each set. Little over 2 minutes of fast paced hell to start my training. Felt like I was back in mma training. Except for my gut and lack of conditioning. Also starting to incorporate diaphragm breathing exercises. Has always seemed to help my upper conditioning. Haha

Just got back from gym. Was down to 240 so have dropped 10 #'s some how in last three weeks or so. I don't have any idea how but I guess won't complain. Did upper body heavier weight low reps then at end wanted to really burn arms out. So did single arm dumbell rows starting at 45 goin down to 20 doin 10 slow reps until got to 20 then did as many reps as could with both arms. Then without rest did tri pulldowns starting at 80 down to 30 doing same reps. After doing that twice my arms felt like jello ha.

Decent workout but gym was busy so was kinda hard to do some stuff.

    Ran 4 miles, 200 sit-ups, 60 pull-ups, 60 push-ups. Not bad for an old dude.

Good warmup then right into 15 minutes of fartleks. Almost 80 degrees and humid plus interval running over about a mile and half=I'm hurting.

    Second workout coming later tonight.

Meeting messed up my normal lunch break workout. I had to do two 30 minutes sessions instead of the full hour.

    Part 1:
10 sprints on treadmill with 10% incline at 11mph, 15 seconds on, 45 seconds rest
50 pull ups and push ups

Part 2: 30 minutes of ruck with a 45lb pack.

Another trip to gym, did a lower body workout. Did some squats and deads for first time in about 2 weeks. Kept it light and did higher reps. Back has been feeling pretty good so didn't wanna overdue it. 200# squat and 220# dead. Need to get form back before start adding weight again so had to make myself stop there ha. Overall good workout.
