No.6 checking in from Michigan. I have three toms hanging around my property right now that look pretty good and Ill be after them on the 21st. Had a bad year last year with losing a bird after the shot, hope to change that this year.

The night has come! tomorrow I will be out for the first time. Only get a week to hunt on my tag and only have two days to get it done in that time. Good weather so tomorrow should be promising. Good Luck Everyone!

Well back-to-back I hate turkeys comments from me lol. Couldn't get it done in the time I had. First day I had two toms that would not commit to the decoys and they were too far to feel comfortable with the bow. Second day I had to chase the turkey around the woods because of wind and I just couldn't get them close enough. Good Luck to the rest of you and your seasons!

Mornin' guys. Turkey season was a pain for me. Right out of the gate I took our oldest son hunting and called in 3 nice toms walking shoulder to shoulder. 16 yds out our son decides he can't kill one. I get it, he's not a killer. I told him he would have to run the camera from now on and I'd kill them. That was the last time this season that they cooperated with me. I hunted every chance that I had but was unsuccessful this season! Our season ended at 1pm on the 5th of May. I came home from work yesterday at about 6 pm and standing in the NW corner of our property is one of the toms I'd been after. Damn the luck. Best of luck everyone!! Keep us going!
