Lots of people in rural areas have burn barrels, heck lots of people burn debris piles as well. Burn barrels and unattended debris piles have made me a busy man chasing fires many a spring. People burning cardboard boxes are the best at starting wildfires.

People who don't yield at yield signs. Spilled half my coffee during my commute to work this morning avoiding an accident where I would have T-boned an idiot that ran the yield sign. Would have killed the moron if I hadn't been paying attention.
To add to this, when the hell did it change where yielding a right turn on red to oncoming traffic was no longer required? I swear, every left green arrow turn I make I literally have to either stop or swerve as idiots only look for cross traffic before turning. I always say I'm just going to let insurance deal with it next time, but reflexes always win out and they go stupidly on their way.

In Minnesota, 3x3 a fire is considered a recreational fire no permit needed, larger is acceptable as a warming fire or religious ceremony. Mn statute 8812.

I sit aisle seat on flights and have to stand up to allow the person in the middle or window seat by. When boarding why are the standing where I need to exit the aisle? How about stopping half a seat away?

In NYS camp fires and brush burning under a certain footage is legal. Farmers are exempt. BURNING BARRELS, in other word burning garbage is illegal per DEC.
