Anyone have any experience with the black hornets or ser razors? I’ve been thinking of trying them this year. Any opinions welcome. Thanks and god bless.

I like the black hornets a lot. Those and slick tricks are the best flying fixed heads I've found, plus with magnus you get the lifetime warranty which is no joke

They are a great choice. The 100 gr have helped me harvest two deer so far. Both went down within sight. I wouldn't mind trying the 125 ser razor

I literally cannot get the straight edged ones to tune. Even when other fixed heads fly perfect. I really want to like them but for me they always shoot high, and usually to the right. They also hiss a bit. Maybe I got a bad batch

I know Boonerville uses the serrazors and loves them.

I think they are a great broadhead! They fly well and have great penetration so far! The only downfall is they are usually quite dull out of the package...would highly recommend tho!

Hey thanks for all the replies. I have been using Montecs for years and they fly really well for me. I have not had any issues at all with them. Part of me thinks, why fix what isn't broken, and the other thinks, man these ser razors look nasty. Thanks again and keep em coming.

I hate threads like this. I have a problem with playing with different broadheads. Got one heck of a collection and been thinking about trying these. You guys are not much help with this addiction. If the wife asks, I’m blaming y’all!

That’s funny. I’m in the same boat. They really look good though. At least I didn’t ask about iron will heads lol.

I'm a broadhead whoore. I try a new one at least every other season. Sometimes more than one in a season. I have a problem.
Just when I think I am ready to settle down, some new pretty hot young thing hits the market and I'm chasing after it like a dog.

I think they are nice and kill but for me they didn't fly as well for me as other fixed blades such as slick trick. I had my bow tuned and shot every other broad head consistently with field point POI out of my set up. These were always off a few inches. I didn't want to tune my bow specific for these broadheads. I ended up putting them on crossbow bolts and that the kids use and they killed some deer and rocks with them. I did appreciate the warranty.
