Nothing again this evening. I'm going to try and hunt every evening except Wednesday this week. Monday through Saturday. Hoping to get one more then its scouting time and prepping for Turkey season.
So plans are already changing. Not going Monday or Tuesday. But I will be hunting Thursday through Saturday evenings. Hope to put one down Thursday. I'm putting out 100 pounds of corn on Tuesday and this upcoming cold snap ought to have them moving early and looking for corn, yum yum!!!!!
I'll be hunting Thursday through Saturday evenings or until I get one. I feel pretty good about my chances these last 3 evenings. Probably a doe but I'm ok with that. Anyone joining me in the ice box this evening?

Got this evening yet and Saturday evening if I don't get one this evening. Then my season will be over.
No sightings this evening. Hoping to fill one last tag tomorrow evening. Shot 1 deer in February once before on the next to last day. Hoping lightning strikes twice!!!!!
Well my season is officially over. It ends tomorrow but I'm not going out tomorrow. No luck tonight, no sightings. Good luck to the rest of ya. I'm sure most of our seasons are done so I guess it's on to turkey season.

It was. I did not kill a deer during my first strictly public land archery season, but I found a great rut spot for the future and had a couple of encounters that almost worked out. My season is still open until the end of the month, but I doubt I will have time to get back out again.
