Hello all, I will be in the market for a new single pin slider over the winter. I was kind of set on the HHA until I went to my local proshop. They told me basically that the HHA sights are junk. The tech told me they used to be a dealer and they literally had piles of broken sights they were constantly sending back. They now deal with FUSE. I looked at the FUSE and is seems like a nice sight with 2nd and 3rd axis adjustments. It seems you get a lot for the $. I was curious as to how bright they were and if anyone had used them. I do not know if this place is just pushing the new product or what. The sights in question are the HHA Optimizer lite and the Fuse Flywheel. Both single pin. If anyone has used or uses either of these sights, please give me your opinions. Thanks and Merry Christmas!
My HHA has served me well the last few seasons. It's held up to the abuse and even survived a fall out of a treestand without a scratch. To me they are one of the better built sights I've seen. I haven't had to use it but all I hear are good things about their customer service as well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. Thanks everyone. I’ll have to look into the fast Eddie. I was sold on the hha but I’m open to others. I had not even thought of fuse until I went into the shop. I won’t be buying there though. The reason I’m on this sight is honest opinions and advice. I have been also thinking of a single pin sight with 2 dots. Kind of two pins in one. I’ll have to check but I thought spott Hogg had something like that. I appreciate all the advice and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It is. Thanks for that. I’m now looking between hha and black gold ascent. I appreciate that. I always try to keep it here. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I've owned hha for about 16 years now. Just upgraded to a king pin last season. The other optimizer lite site I had for like 15 years (which is now on my sons bow). Love hha sights. They are built to last. No problems what so ever with them. Happy shooting! Sent from my SM-N950U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
The entire BHOD crew is shooting HHA and not a single problem I’ve heard of across 20+ guys? They are built like a tank. There are certainly other quality sites on the market as well, but to say that HHA is junk most likely means that somebody has an agenda of some sort.
Guy probably makes more from fuse. Hha are quality sights as has been mentioned. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I have been shooting the same Black Gold single pin for five years without any issues. I could be wrong but I believe BG offers unconditional lifetime warranty on their sights and HHA does not. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
The guy that told you HHA are junk is moron. I am not an HHA fan at all, honestly I don’t particularly like the design. However the terra and king pin are very high quality products. As good as any of the other top brands on the market, MBG, Spot Hogg, CBE ect.
