100% this. We are all salaried employees... But said employee is clearly taking advantage of our flexible schedules (management does not monitor when we get here/leave). Takes everything in me not to say something.
Oh gosh...Cragslist...how can one invention be both such a useful tool and also be such a pain in the a....butt. List something new on there and start getting emails within five minutes wanting to send a cashiers check and arrange a pick up. If I were omnipotent there would probably be a few hundred thousand cases of spontaneous human combustion centered around Craigslist scammers.
And I'll only meet in the local police dept parking lot to make the exchange...(unless logistics make that impossible)

So on the way home I had to swing by the smoke shop to get a couple tins of skoal. I hate going to this particular smoke shop in Elk River. Pain to get off and back on 169 two sets of lights and traffic. This place is sketchy, and most of the customers as well. Seems like every other time I go in there one of the cashiers is having a smoke, inside the store. Bugs the crap out of me. The smell of cigarette smoke inside a building is repugnant not to mention against the law.

Bad part about it is the school admin was right there with the lynch mob at the beginning. I'd be paying tuition somewhere else if i was a parent. Mere pictures and phrases out of context condemning people these days. And people wont even stand up and defend people if the accusation is sexual or racist in nature. Check the links I posted- High level Democrats in Congress are openly calling for a ban on MAGA wear. They literally want to suspend the First Amendment- based only on support for a political agenda with which they do not agree. These aren't fringe elements; this is high-level House Congressional leadership. That is literally Fascism in action.
