Team Typical 8's

I just bought 8 new cameras...got several that will be going into there 3-4 tour...anticipating a mass malfunction of old stock in the near future.

 

I've often wondered which you spend more on. Cameras or batteries? Probably pretty darn close in comparison.

 

I picked up Moultrie A35's...seem to get about 4 months out of a set....not to bad, I get Energizer in bulk for around $5 for a 20 pack.

 

Just finished the "85" California loop tail...it's gonna be a Christmas present.

 

I haven’t gotten to hunt much lately. I had a daughter on the 14th. Maybe I can get out hunting soon

I had permission from the wife to spend the weekend at my farm for the final weekend. 30 minutes before i was going to leave today to be in the stand tonight and tomorrow if i didnt get anything she comes down with a terrible case of the stomach flu. Season officially over.

 

I have until the 20th. Taking the 18th-20th off to try for a last chance doe.

I have so much deer meat right now I haven't really had much motivation to get back out there.

 

I'm hunting hard right now, for next year, lol.

 

Hey fellas, sorry I know I have been off the grid for awhile. Good news, I tagged a doe last night, so I will have the photos up asap. Been hunting all season pretty hard, just not been able to get the buck that I was after in front of me. All good though. Hope everyone has had a great season, can't believe its almost over here in Kentucky. Side note, excited to see what is revealed next week at the ATA show.

Well I know I haven't put a buck on the board for us, but heres a doe to help some, ha. I think she will eat good none the less. Still working on a buck. Been getting frequent night pics of him lately. So we will see.

 

Hopefully some snow coming Friday night. Gonna try to put a doe down this weekend or next, took them both off. Next Sunday season closes

 

It's been another fun year...congrats to everyone that had a fulfilling season. And a shout out to the best team captain ever!!!

 

I never did make it back out. Woke up to a dead truck yesterday and was supposed to get a big storm overnight and today but all we got was wind.

We had some momentum early on, been a pleasure participating on the team.

9 months and 11 days it starts again.

 

Got a doe tonight guys. Better later than never i guess.
