I still have two months of season left to fill a tag. So there is that! If I kill a deer this year, it will be the latest in a season that I have ever killed.

I am very thankful that my son has decided to hunt. He is getting married the end of September not sure how much time he will have but hopefully he enjoys it enough to stick with it.

    bahahahahaha! Nice one.

Yes, moving out together. If not for her I would have been gone 5 years ago. I at least would have moved over the state line back to Indiana.

    Not I.
Wasn't born here and lived here less than half my adult life. I'm escaping with my guns, dignity and retirement intact.

And I don't drive like a FIB, at all. I'll always be at least half-Hoosier; but you can tell I'm originally from the Murder Mitten by the way I drive.

My Wife of 43 plus years gets the high honors---She let me retire at age 63 while she still has 1- 1/2 years to work yet, and yes when not hunting or fishing I am known as Gladys my wifes private maid, chief cook and bottle washer

It is almost always faster to turn right then a left U than to sit and wait for the original left. Thought that was common sense until I moved away.
